Valentines Day – D day for love

The Numerology of Valentine’s Day is wonderful and very apt.
 
With the 14/5 vibration(1+4=5) coupled with this years 3 vibration, we need to focus on passion, fun and creativity. Celebrations are the sentiments of this vibration, which brings extra lightness, frivolity, happiness and joy into our partnerships and relationships.
 
The questions we ask ourselves this year are:
-How do we enjoy freedom and our rebel fun loving side in the 5 aspect and be spontaneous in our love relationships to keep the fire alive?
-How do we enjoy our romantic partnerships in the 2 and honour that commitment and be the nurturing partner?
-How do we enjoy passion and creativity of the 3 and live from our mind body and soul in authenticity?

Before we analyze all you ‘Lovers’ out there on Valentine’s Day and your crazy antics to demonstrate your love this 2019… let’s take a look back into the history of the day and get the feel of the story and myth behind the whole ordeal that is valentines day and how it all came to be!
 
If we think about the history of Valentine’s Day, it’s all about the expression of love to a romantic partner or someone of interest.
The feast of Lupercalia was on the 15th of Feb and the day was moved to the 14th by the Christians who named it in honour of St Valentine.
 
This meant that it was a celebration initially containing the 6 energy vibration (1+5=6), which numerology-wise means love, passion, family, harmony, being social and friendships. A true celebration of love; rather than the 5 ‘rebel’ energy it is today when the date changed to the 14th.
 
A 5 energy being impulsive, freedom seeking, unconventional and to a large extent, a pursuer of innate dreams, without conforming to society’s norms; therefore the 5 energy will go for what it wants without much thought of consequences.
 
The gathering and the Feast disappeared and it became secret roses, love letters, cards, chocolates and the blind folded cupid which aligns with the vibration of the fun loving and a more mischievous 5 energy which involves the secret declarations of Love.
 
The story goes that Emperor Claudius killed two men in the 3rd century on Feb 14th in different years and both men were named Valentine!The Emperor had a rule that banned soldiers from marrying as he felt that married soldiers were ‘bad’ soldiers and not able to fight as well as the non-married men!
 
Valentine, one of his soldiers broke the rule and got married in secret and was thrown into jail and sentenced to death. In jail whilst awaiting his demise, he fell in love with the jailer’s daughter and left a romantic good bye letter to her, signed from “Your Valentine“, and was executed on Feb 14th, year 496AD
 
 
Thus, in the tradition of Valentine, the feelings of love are often ones hidden or declared in secret! To this day people leave secret notes or cards or send secret red roses and expressions of their love.
 
Now for the Numerology. This year is a 14/2/2019 which is a 5/2/3 vibration.
The number 14 is a 5 made up by adding the 1 and 4.
 
It is an unconventional, intellectual rebel. Its about being light hearted and all about spontaneity toward the 2 (partnership vibration) or a person that you would like to be in a Romantic partnership with. 2 aspects are all about partnerships.
